I knew that insurance is an important protection for my love one when I grow up. Jun Yong was first a friend, then an advisor. Since year 1 of university, he consistently kept in contact until year 3 when he reached out to me on insurance planning. Back then, I wasn’t keen to commit to anything so I told him to check back on a separate date. True to his word, he reached out to me at the end of year 4 and here we are.
Additionally, Jun Yong was never pushy even during my initial resistance.
Rather than just selling products, he always made sure to understand my needs before any recommendation. I am thankful to have engaged a trusted friend.
Junyong is someone who is trustworthy and genuine. Though I know him since year 1 uni, he had never approached me till I've graduated as he knew that I wasn’t financially ready to commit.
What I valued most is that he understands my interest at heart and isn’t pushy throughout the process. We had a few meetings and he provided me with an overview of what I would really need now and moving on in the future.
